Be inclusive to individuals who may not otherwise feel confident or able to attend this sort of event.

Our day programs can be chosen as one- off immersive events, but they are ongoing and participants are welcome to return to meet again to further develop skills in a safe and evolving group.

Through interpersonal connections made on the day, theoretical input from bespoke capacity building workshops, expressive arts sessions and recurrent program opportunities deep and profound relationships will unfold. 

Through one off participation on the days and by taking home the practical skills learnt in order to integrate into a personal wellbeing practice. 

We help participants to improve mindfulness, emotional regulation, confidence and make healthy lifestyle choices.  Over time these skills will improve participants' daily lives, capacity to learn and capacity to look for, gain and maintain employment.

We are committed to ensuring that our Day Programs are offered at excellent value whilst maintaining small and nurturing groups.
